Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

Our Detroit and Phoenix based warehouse staff work to ship all orders within 1 business day. Backorders are shipped per your instructions. All orders are shipping out of Nalpac’s warehouse located in Ferndale, Michigan or Phoenix Arizona. Orders are shipped via the cheapest means possible unless another shipping method is requested.The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges, and C.O.D. fees.

Nalpac ships worldwide. Please reach out to your sales representative for shipping options.


Changes to an In-Process Order

Our team works hard and quickly to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes to an order that is currently in process, please reach out directly to your sales representative or our customer service at 800-837-5946 or email us at sales@nalpac.com.But, please understand, once orders are submitted to the warehouse for fulfillment, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. 


Backorders

Backorders are handled based on each customer’s preferences.


Defective Product

Any products received with a manufacturing defect must be reported to Nalpac within 48 hours of delivery. Contact your sales representative regarding any returns or replacements. Under no circumstances may product be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization in writing. 


Returned/Refused Orders

Orders which are returned or refused will be reshipped with additional shipping charge. Any orders which need to be restocked will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  


Damaged/Shortages

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in excellent condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened, or retaped, you must file a claim with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier. Under no circumstances may product be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization in writing.
