I forgot my password, what do I do?

            Enter your email address in the bottom section of the sign-in page and click the “Request a New Password” button. Within minutes you should receive an email with instructions on how to use your temporary password.

            We upgraded our website on March 22, 2012.  If you have not logged on to since before then please contact your Sales Representative.

Does Nalpac offer fulfillment services?

            Yes! Please contact your Sales Representative for full details.

Is there a minimum order amount?

            Yes. Nalpac has a minimum order requirement of $100 before shipping charges.

If I leave items in my cart and log out, will the items still be there next time I log in?

            Yes, you may log in and out of and build your cart for as long as you like. Your items will stay in your cart until you’re ready to place your order.

How do I pay by credit card?

You may enter your credit card number, expiration date, and the code on the back of your card in the order notes section. Your Sales Representative will take care of the rest.
